Perfect for very sensitive and delicate skin. Our all natural unscented goat milk soap can be used where allergies, psoriasis or eczema react badly to chemical and fragrant ingredients. Other more unconventional but very effective uses include using the soap as a wash for brushes or to remove the soap scum from glass shower walls.
The goat milk has been proudly contributed by our very own goat ladies.
Lavender Essential Oil offers many awesome benefits and we use a lot of lavender Essential Oil in our goat milk soap. Benefits of Lavender include: relaxing scent for the mind and body; taking the itch out of bug bites; stress relief for a great night’s sleep. The lavender scent is fabulous in your hair too when used as shampoo.
This soap scent is like a fresh summer breeze through orange trees, light and fruity. The Goatmilk cleanses your skin without stripping the oils, the citrus scents leave you feeling refreshed and energized. A favorite year round.
This soap will wake you up in the morning with its invigorating minty scent consisting of Peppermint, Spearmint and Eucalyptus. If you are getting up early or are coming home tired, the minty aroma will give your mind and muscles a fresh start while giving your skin a needed dose of moisture and cleansing.
We use this soap when we have especially stinky tasks on the farm and it never fails us.
Mother Earth’ s scent is spicy, warm and sweet at the same time. This scent is loved across all ages and even people who don’t usually like patchouli are fans of this scent. The soap has a warm brown glow to it, colored by turmeric. Turmeric’s antiseptic and antibacterial properties make it a must to fight pimples and outbreaks, clear inflammation and provide a glow to the skin.
What is so great about Activated Charcoal, you ask?
Activated charcoal uses extend beyond internal applications. Externally as part of a skincare routine, it’s said to be effective at treating body odor and acne and relieving discomfort from insect bites, rashes from poison ivy or poison oak, and it takes care of industrial strength dirt with the gentleness of a Baby Goat Kiss. Unlike regular charcoal, which is a known carcinogen, activated charcoal is medicinal. It’s the by-product of slowly burnt hardwood, peat or coconut shells that is treated with oxygen, a process which renders it highly porous and nonpolar, enabling it to bind dirt particles and flush them away with the soapy water and lather. Our activated charcoal comes from various harvested hardwoods which are a renewable resource. The Teatree and Lavender’s unique scent combination gives the soap a fresh sharp scent with a calming undertone. An all time favorite back by popular demand.
Our Luna’s favorite product combo is the Goat Milk Body Creme and Soap Set in the matching scents of Unscented, Lavender, Rosewood Citrus, Stress Relief or Mother Earth. She thinks this is just a fabulous way to try both and save money with the soap half price. Of course Luna is a bit prejudiced since she contributes to the ingredients and is mighty proud of the fact that her goats milk helps to relieve dry and itchy skin. Many of our volunteers with psoriasis and exzema have given her lots of scratches as a Thank You.
This is the perfect exfoliating soap. And the smell….. Imagine fresh vanilla and toasted almonds with a hint of oatmeal. When the food processor starts up, everyone knows the whole building will be full of this scent within an hour. We grind the oats ourselves and according to our supplier the oats are processed in a room and hopper that are separate from any other grains so while we don’t want to say we are gluten free, this soap is as close as it comes.
This soap boasts a slight lemon scent to lift your moods and is loaded with French Green Clay straight from France. French Green Clay is attributed with numerous skincare benefits including detoxifying, toning and skin enriching abilities, perfect for the face with oily or combination skin.
The absorbent properties of French Green Clay work in beautycare by drawing out impurities and toxins from the skin, toning and firming while stimulating circulation. Estheticians use it to tighten pores, exfoliate dead skin, and reveal a smoother, fresher complexion. It is known to clear problem skin and heal blemishes, usually in the form of a clay mask.
Finally an exfolient salt bar gentle enough for your face. A camphorous scent with a woody sweet undertone that releases best under warm water. The added sea salt provides a mild scrub to leave your skin clean and fresh. A really great summer soap or if you want to remember your last visit to the spa or sauna (for all of you who have experienced the smell in the air after the oils hit the sizzling coals – heavenly).
We originally formulated this soap as a dog shampoo soap for our Jack Russell to help repel bugs with Lavender, Lemongrass and Eucalyptus while calming hot itchy spots with Lavender and Tea Tree along with a clean and fresh scent which doesn’t smell like bug soap at all. The scent found many human followers as well (do I have to use that on my dog?), so now it’s our go-to shampoo bar for dogs and humans alike. Disclaimer: The dogs still roll in the dirt right after the bath.
